SiteMiind is an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows businesses to deploy intelligent assistants on their websites. The Service includes:

• Automated website crawling and content indexing
• AI-powered chat responses using large language models
• Lead capture and management functionality
• Analytics and conversation tracking
• Embeddable JavaScript widget for website integration

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Plan Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has associated limits on pages indexed, monthly messages, and number of websites. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or automatic upgrade prompts. We reserve the right to take action against abusive usage patterns.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tinger Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
